New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2023:

Sept. 12, 10:26 AM, Douglas Ray Lockhart, Jr., 61, Bloomington was arrested on a preliminary charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident. His bond was set at $500 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $50. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer. 

Sept. 12, 11:10 AM, Aaron Wayne Evans, 35, Jasonville, was arrested on a warrant for driving while suspended with a prior conviction within 10 years and harboring an unimmunized dog. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed for both charges. 

Sept. 12, 11:40 AM, Trey Brennen Bedwell, 35, Evansville, was arrested on preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, driving while suspended with a prior conviction within 10 years, reckless driving, and theft. His bond was set at $9,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. Indiana State Police Master Trooper John Yung was the arresting officer. 

Sept. 12, 2:06 PM, William David Hunter Barnes, 21, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. 

Sept. 12, 6:38 PM, Katrina Marie Butler, 29, Lyons, was arrested on a warrant for assisting a criminal. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. She was released after posting $400. 

Sept. 12, 9:20 PM, Jody Darrin Duke, 58, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and domestic battery. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer. 

Sept. 13, 12:32 AM, Jonny Houston Ray, 59, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/saliva, possession of a Schedule I substance, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond was allowed.
